Team Composition / Team Skill Sets

Dialog applies a policy of very selective recruitment and a culture of nurturing and developing staff to enhance their capabilities. A CRM project team is led by a Project Manager with considerable project management experience, and they will be the single point of contact for all project management / scheduling related matters. The Business Analyst / Technical Lead will interact with the client on a day-to-day basis on the development of the application.  While our MS CRM resources will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the project, the DBA and the System Tester will be involved with respect to the appropriate tasks in the project.
